This disclaimer explains the limits of the SHEIQ service. It applies to the SHEIQ app, website, content, AI features, and physical products sold under the SHEIQ brand.

1. SHEIQ is not medical care

SHEIQ provides wellbeing support and information only. It is not a healthcare provider.

SHEIQ does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or emergency services.

SHEIQ is not a medical device and is not intended to be used for diagnosis or clinical decision-making.


Nothing in SHEIQ should be treated as a substitute for advice from a GP, pharmacist, or other qualified clinician.

2. Emergencies and urgent symptoms

If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 999.

For urgent non-emergency advice in the United Kingdom, call NHS 111 or contact your GP.


If you need someone to talk to, contact Samaritans on 116 123 or Shout by texting 85258.


If you feel at risk of harm to yourself or someone else, seek immediate help through emergency services.

3. SHEIQ AI limitations

SHEIQ AI generates responses automatically based on information you choose to provide and may use your in-app context.

AI outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate and may not reflect your full circumstances.

Do not use SHEIQ AI to decide whether to start, stop, or change medication, including HRT.

If you are making decisions that affect your health, consult a qualified professional.

4. GP-ready notes and exports

SHEIQ may allow you to generate summaries or reports based on your logged information, including GP-ready notes.

These reports are generated from user-provided data and may not represent a complete medical history.

Reports are shared only if you choose to share them. SHEIQ does not automatically send reports to healthcare providers.

You remain responsible for what you share and with whom.

5. Supplements and product safety

SHEIQ products are food supplements, not medicines.

Food supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.


Always follow the label directions and any included guidance.


Do not use a product if you are allergic to any listed ingredients.


If you use the Health profile, keep your allergies and sensitivities up to date.


If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, are under clinical care, or take medication (including HRT), you should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using supplements.

6. Personal responsibility and outcomes

Wellbeing responses vary between individuals. SHEIQ does not guarantee specific outcomes.

You use SHEIQ at your own discretion.

You are responsible for how you use the information and features provided by SHEIQ.

7. Third-party links and content

SHEIQ may link to third-party information sources. We do not control those third-party services and are not responsible for their content.

Where you use third-party services, their terms and privacy practices apply.
