Quiz signals: self-reported wellbeing indicators (e.g., sleep, mood).
Technical/usage data: IP address, device/browser, pages viewed.
Attribution data: UTM parameters and referrer.

We do not seek children’s data — if a child has submitted data, email privacy@sheiq.uk to request deletion.

3. Purposes & Lawful Bases

Your data is used to:

Deliver quiz results & plans;
Send Early Access & updates (with consent);
Personalise content;
Support security & fraud prevention;
Conduct analytics (with consent for cookies).

We never sell your data.

Quiz answers may reveal health-related information. We process this only with your explicit consent and you may withdraw consent at any time.

You can access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, port your data and withdraw consent at any time by contacting privacy@sheiq.uk. Complaints may be sent to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
