Coffee-flavoured, caffeine-free morning blend.
One scoop (5.3g) with warm water or plant milk. 28 servings.
Chicory root inulin, cocoa powder, coconut milk powder, ginger root powder, beetroot powder, Ceylon cinnamon bark powder, fennel seed powder, lemon balm leaf extract, magnesium (as magnesium citrate), vitamin B6, natural coffee flavour, sweetener (steviol glycosides). Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity and normal psychological function. Magnesium
contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal nervous system function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Does this work if my periods have become irregular or stopped?
Yes. The system was built for women whether their cycle is still active or not. If your cycle is irregular, the App uses your logged symptoms to guide your rhythm. If your periods have stopped, it builds your rhythm from what you log over time. You do not need a regular cycle. The intelligence adapts around where you are.
