How Ignite fits the complete ritual

Ignite is used on Days 11–18 inside the Welcome Ritual Kit. Pair Essence AM in the morning with Ignite PM in the evening during the middle phase of the rhythm.

Cadence: Essence AM → Elevate PM (D1-10) → Ignite PM (D11-18) → Radiate PM (D19-28).

Directions

Adults: Take2 capsules in the evening with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Shilajit extract; capsule shell: HPMC; rhodiola extract; ashwagandha extract; brown rice flour; anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, vegetable source, and silicon dioxide; zinc citrate; black pepper extract; vitamin D3; vitamin B6.
