These Terms of Use apply to the SHEIQ website, mobile application, and related services and products. By accessing or using SHEIQ, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Definitions

App means the SHEIQ mobile application.
Website means the SHEIQ website.
Service means the App, Website, content, features, and related customer support.
Products means physical goods sold under the SHEIQ brand, including supplement kits and refills.
Subscription means a recurring plan for digital access, Products, or both.
You means the person using the Service.
We, us, and our means SHEIQ by CRYPTIQ Ltd.

2. What SHEIQ is

SHEIQ is a wellbeing service designed to support lifestyle reflection, symptom awareness, and daily ritual guidance. The Service may include wellbeing content, logging tools, insights, AI-supported conversations, and optional exports such as GP-ready notes.

SHEIQ is not a medical service and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to create an account, use the Service, or buy Products.
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Account security

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support@sheiq.uk.

5. Health and safety disclaimer

The Service provides general wellbeing support and information only.
We do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or emergency services.
If you have urgent symptoms or believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services.
If you think you are having a medical emergency call 999. For urgent non-emergency advice call NHS 111 or contact your GP.
If you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are under clinical care, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional before acting on information from SHEIQ or before using any Product.

6. SHEIQ AI

SHEIQ AI generates responses based on information you choose to provide. AI outputs can be incomplete or wrong.
Use of SHEIQ AI is also governed by our AI use policy.
You must not rely on AI responses for medical decisions, medication changes, or emergencies.
We may update, limit, or withdraw AI functionality at any time to maintain safety, quality, or compliance.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. This includes attempting to access another user’s account or data, bypass security or usage limits, submit unlawful or harmful content, harass others, or reverse engineer the Service where prohibited by law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

8. User content and community features

Some features may allow you to create or upload content, including reflections or community posts.
You keep ownership of your content. You grant us a licence to store, display, and process it only as needed to operate the Service.
You are responsible for your content. We may remove content that breaches these terms or community rules, and we may restrict access to community features to protect users.

9. Companion features

If the Service allows you to invite a companion, you must have their permission before you add them.
You control what they can view and you can revoke access at any time.
You are responsible for using companion features lawfully and fairly.

10. Privacy and data

We process personal information in line with our Privacy notice.
These terms should be read with the Privacy notice, AI use policy, Data export notice, and Account deactivation and deletion notice, which form part of the agreement between you and us.

11. Purchases, subscriptions, and billing

Purchases may be completed on the Website through Shopify checkout or other payment providers we use.
Some subscriptions may also be offered through third-party platform stores. If you buy through a platform store, that store’s billing terms apply in addition to these terms.
Subscription details including price, billing cycle, renewal, and cancellation options are shown at checkout.
You are responsible for managing your subscription, including cancellations, through the method you used to purchase it.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription. See the Account deactivation and deletion notice for details.
If you purchased via the website, manage your subscription through the SHEIQ customer portal. If you purchased via an app store, manage it through your Apple ID or Google Play account.

12. Cancellation and refunds


Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Products. If you buy Products online, you may have cancellation rights under UK consumer law, subject to the nature of the goods and hygiene or safety restrictions. Returns and refunds are handled under our published returns process.
Product purchases are also subject to our returns and refunds policy published on the website, which forms part of these terms.
Digital services and subscriptions. Where you request immediate access to digital content or services, you may lose the statutory right to cancel within the 14 day cooling-off period once supply begins. If a cancellation right applies, any refund may be adjusted to reflect the period of service already provided.

13. Product information and use

Products are food supplements, not medicines.
You must follow label directions and any included guidance.
Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Individual responses vary.
Do not use Products if you are allergic to ingredients listed on the label.

14. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, design, branding, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by or licensed to CRYPTIQ Ltd.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Service unless permitted by law or we give written permission.

15. Third-party services

The Service may include links to third-party services or may rely on third-party providers for payments, email delivery, analytics, and hosting.
We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control. Where you use third-party services, their terms apply.

16. Changes to the Service and these terms

We may change the Service to improve it, comply with legal requirements, or address safety and security risks.
We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the App or Website. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

17. Suspension, termination, and account closure

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these terms or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect users or the platform.
You can deactivate or delete your account through the App. Deactivation is reversible. Deletion is intended to be permanent, subject to limited retention for legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security.

18. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or for indirect or consequential losses.
The Service is designed for wellbeing support and information only. You remain responsible for your personal decisions, including when and whether to seek medical advice.

19. General legal terms

19.1 Entire agreement

These terms, together with the policies referenced in them, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.

19.2 Severability
If any part of these terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in full force.

19.3 No waiver

If we do not enforce a provision immediately, that does not mean we waive our right to enforce it later.

19.4 Assignment
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms where permitted by law. You may not transfer your rights without our written consent.

19.5 Third party rights
No one other than you and us has any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce these terms.

19.6 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us for losses, claims, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Service or breach of these terms.

21. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
