How to
Adults: Take one scoop (5.3 gm) of Essence AM each morning.

At the end of your included access, you can choose what feels right next: begin the complete SHEIQ Ritual System with the full Ritual Kit and App access included, or continue with App-only access. Current App offers will be shown inside the App.
Delivery and returns
Standard UK delivery is included with your Morning Ritual Kit.
If something arrives damaged, incomplete or not as expected, email support@sheiq.uk with your order number and photographs within 48 hours of delivery.
If you change your mind, contact us before opening the product. Because Essence AM is a food supplement, returns can only be accepted where the product is unopened, unused and sealed.
We will always review concerns fairly and aim to reach a conclusion that feels right and reasonable.
Upgrade credit terms
If the complete SHEIQ Ritual System feels right within 21 days, £25 can be credited towards your Welcome Ritual Kit.
Your upgrade credit is sent by email after purchase and is valid for 21 days. It can be used once, against the Welcome Ritual Kit only.
The credit cannot be exchanged for cash, used against refills, combined with every other offer, or applied after expiry.
